We
use 2 major shippers for our products; Singapore Post (SingPost) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Both
shippers are extremely reliable and fast, and have many branch offices in Singapore.
Our
SingPost Shipping
SingPost
is the National provider of domestic and international postal services in Singapore, and
offers one-stop logistics business solutions. This is similar to United States Postal Service (USPS) in
the United States,
which is an independent establishment of the Executive Branch of the Government
and operates in a businesslike way.
Below
is a table of our estimated charges to ship products from Singapore to
various countries. We charge a handling
fee of US$2 for each package, which may consolidate several items to reduce
shipping charges. We use Speedpost
Worldwide Courier (Package) by air. Delivery time from Singapore to the USA takes from 2 to 4 business
days. Delivery within Singapore
is a flat rate of US$20.70 of up to 30kg.

e-commerce services. Every day UPS manages the flow of goods, funds and
information in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.
Our ecommerce
website here is directly integrated with
the data server at UPS.com. Real-time rates are quoted from UPS and include
a fuel surcharge from UPS, foreign currencies exchange fluctuations, and a
small handling fee. UPS shipping cost
and time calculator is used as an estimate. Delivery time from Singapore to the USA takes about 3 business days. Note
that UPS rates server may NOT quote shipping data to certain countries, in
which case the SingPost rate is used as a guide.
